With all your respect, I have read so many things that makes me laugh. I guess is just pure nationalism that Americans keep saying that this is the greatest country on earth. Well, I agree 100% that it was, when many friends and family members immigrated here back in the 60's, it was the greatest country on the planet. Now if you look at statistics (not opinions), all rich Europeans countries have a better way of live than the U.S.A, more vacation time, less crime, etc..etc...No wonder Oprah Winfrey was surprised when you visited either Denmark or Netherlands. I really wished that the U.S.A was the best country that provided the best quality of life, cause I live here, but in my opinion, this is not the case. People here live to work, in many countries like Spain where I lived, they work to live. Right now 40% of people in the U.S.A only have about 100 dollars left after they pay all their expenses according to economist. In my opinion the government destroyed a very prosperous country like the U.S.A, where many people, including some in my family who became millionaires and prospered in the 60's and 70's. * 13 minutes ago * - 4 days left to answer.
