Open Question: What developed countries on Earth wouldn't Republicans/Tea Partiers/Fascists consider Marxist, name one?

Prior to the healthcare reform bill, we were one of the few countries on Earth not to have universal healthcare. Japan, Israel, the Netherlands, the UK, Canada, the list goes on and on. Even many countries in South America that wouldn't be considered developed, first-world nations, have universal healthcare systems. Costa Rica, where Rush was going to apparently move to if healthcare reform was passed, they have SINGLE-PAYER universal healthcare. Do you think he figured this out and changed his mind? So besides healthcare, what is it so socialistic that Obama has put forward? Not that even the healthcare I would consider socialistic; it's universal, but not single-payer.
